Which watches do you use?
We use highly precise automatic Seiko movements such as the NH34, NH35, NH36, NH38, NH70, and NH72, as well as hybrid movements such as the VK63, VK64, and VK61. These world-renowned calibers are known for their accuracy, durability, and smooth operation.
Can I adjust the band size?
Absolutely. With every order, you'll receive a free tool kit to help you perfectly adjust your tire. We also provide a step-by-step guide; take your time and follow it carefully for the best results.
Do your watches come with a warranty?
Yes, all our watches come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, particularly those related to the movement. Should you encounter any problems, our support team is ready to assist you quickly and efficiently.
Can I remove the Seiko logo from the dial?
Of course! Add the watch to your cart and leave a note at checkout stating "No Seiko logo." We'll then take care of the personalization at no extra cost.
Are you affiliated with Seiko?
No, we are not affiliated with Seiko in any way. We simply use their original movements because of their exceptional reliability and craftsmanship. Each watch is then hand-assembled with custom-made components tailored to your preferences.
Can I personalize my own watch?
Absolutely. You can personalize every detail, from the case and dial to the hands and strap. Whether you're going for a bold statement or a minimalist look, we'll help you realize your dream watch.
Are your watches waterproof?
Our watches are water-resistant to 5 ATM , making them suitable for everyday situations such as washing hands, rain, or splashing. However, we do not recommend wearing them while swimming or diving.
Please note: Any markings on the dial are decorative and do not indicate actual water resistance.
What materials do you use for your straps and cases?
We use high-quality materials such as stainless steel, sapphire crystal and genuine leather straps to ensure durability and comfort.
Are all your watches handmade?
Yes, absolutely — each watch is carefully hand-assembled by our skilled watchmakers, guaranteeing precision and exceptional quality in every detail.
Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?
Yes, every order comes in our luxury gift packaging , at no extra cost.
Inside you will also find an adjustment set that allows you to easily adjust the watch perfectly to your wrist.
This makes our watches ideal for gift giving: beautifully presented and ready to wear as soon as they are taken out of the packaging.
How do I know if the watch size fits me?
With every order you will receive a watch adjustment kit , so you can easily adjust your watch to the perfect fit at home.
If you need help, we'll email you a step-by-step guide explaining exactly how to adjust your watch quickly and safely.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours .
The estimated delivery time is 5-9 business days .
We offer free worldwide shipping with tracking on all orders.
How can I track my order?
Once you place your order, you'll receive your order number by email. This allows you to track your package in real time until it arrives.
If you don't see the email, please check your spam or junk mail folder to be sure.
Then, go to the "Track Order" page on our website, enter the email address you used when making your purchase and your order number to track your package in real time.
How much are the shipping costs?
We proudly offer free shipping on all orders , regardless of destination.
My order
Where is my order confirmation?
Your confirmation email will be sent automatically within 1-5 minutes of placing your order. If you haven't received it after 24 hours, please check your spam or junk mail folder first, as it may have ended up there.
Still no luck? Please feel free to contact us by email so we can check the status of your order.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If you contact us immediately after your purchase, we'll do our best to cancel the order before it's processed.
After this period, your order may already be in production or in transit. In that case, cancellation is no longer possible, but you are eligible for a return after delivery.
Can I exchange or return my watch?
Yes, you can return or exchange your watch within 30 days of delivery , as long as it is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging with all labels intact .
Exchanges are also possible free of charge in case of damaged items or problems with shipping.
Please note: custom made 'Personal' watches cannot be returned or exchanged .
